SoLoFit Privacy Policy
SoLoFit is operated by SoLoVision LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what personal and sensitive data SoLoFit handles, why we handle it, how long we keep it, how you can export or delete it, and how to contact us. This page is the app-specific privacy policy linked from Google Play and from inside the app.

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use SoLoFit, we may process:
- Account and eligibility data: email, display name, user ID, optional profile image, selected age group, and optional birthdate when you sign in and configure your profile.
- Training data: goals, plans, workout logs, readiness check-ins, soreness and pain flags, notes, and Coach messages.
- Location data: approximate and precise location only during user-started workouts to calculate route, distance, pace, elevation, and route review. Exact routes stay private by default unless you explicitly share them.
- Audio: microphone audio for optional live Coach voice. Raw audio is processed ephemerally and is not stored by SoLoFit as lasting Coach content.
- Diagnostics: crash or performance diagnostics when enabled for a release build.
- Nutrition data: food preferences and restrictions, meal descriptions and photos you choose to submit, reviewed meal entries, hydration, recipes, meal plans, and optional adult-only body, target, supplement, caffeine, and alcohol records. Teen profiles do not expose or create those adult-only records.
- Health Connect data (Android, optional): only categories you grant. SoLoFit may read distance, exercise sessions, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and respiratory rate. Optional history and background access support recovery baselines and keep the private snapshot current after opt-in. SoLoFit may write completed exercise sessions, workout distance, and exercise routes back to Health Connect after permission. SoLoFit does not request steps, calories, height, weight, body fat, oxygen saturation, VO2 max, reproductive or sexual-health records, blood pressure, blood glucose, nutrition, hydration, mindfulness, or other unused health categories.
- Watch Face: the separate SoLoFit Watch Face package does not collect, transmit, or store Health Connect or account data. Complications show data from providers you choose in the system UI.
3. How we use data
- Provide hybrid training plans, workout logging, readiness, sleep context, and Coach guidance.
- Sync signed-in athlete data across supported surfaces.
- Improve reliability through optional diagnostics.
- Respond to support requests.
Health and fitness data are used only for fitness, wellness, and coaching features you choose to use. SoLoFit does not diagnose medical conditions, provide fertility advice, or replace a clinician or emergency service.
4. Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use Health Connect or workout health data for advertising or ad retargeting.
- Service providers process data only to operate authentication, hosting, diagnostics, maps, and user-requested Coach features.
- We do not share Health Connect data with third parties for secondary purposes.
5. Retention and security
Account and training records are retained while your account remains active and for a limited period needed to complete deletion or legal obligations. Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS. Hosted access is authenticated and owner-scoped. Native tokens and provider credentials follow SoLoFit’s server-side storage model.
6. Export and deletion
Export and delete controls are available in Settings → Privacy & Data Center. Account deletion covers your profile, check-ins, training and run history, plans, health and sleep snapshots, Coach data, analytics, tokens, provider credentials, and active sessions. You can also contact solo@solovisionllc.com for privacy requests.
7. Age eligibility and teens
SoLoFit is intended for people age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not currently offer parent-managed accounts or verifiable parental consent for an under-13 user. If we learn that an under-13 child provided personal data, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion. Users who have not reached the age of legal majority should use SoLoFit with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Teen profiles may store and display athlete-entered calorie and macro logs and nutritional meal-plan details. SoLoFit does not create automated calorie or macro targets, weight-change or body-composition plans, supplement, caffeine, or alcohol features for teens, and it limits related Coach permissions. Individualized teen nutrition needs should be reviewed with a parent or guardian and a pediatrician or sports dietitian.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The effective date above will change when material updates publish to this URL.
